MASS-VIEW series
The intelligent alternative for VA meters, rotameters or purgemeters: thermal Mass Flow Meters for gases with flow display and electronic output signal. Mass flow control through optional needle valve. Multi-range calibration for a number of standard, pre-installed gases.
Applications: measurement of gas consumption (hospitals), flow rate monitoring (laboratories), test equipment (production maintenance), cost center billing, burner control (furnace construction)
Full Scale ranges from 0.2 ln/min up to 200 ln/min air-equivalent.
GAS-VIEW series
Smart, lightweight and cost-effective vortex flow meter for gases. With easy-to-read digital display and integrated totaliser and alarm functions. Optional analog output or two alarm outputs. Mounting in any position. Flow meters can be battery operated. The “lite” version has no local readout (pulse only).
Applications: combustion air, compressed air, air consumption management, chemical processing
Full Scale Ranges from 17 l/min up to 850 l/min at max. 10 bar pressure rating.
MAG-VIEW series
Magnetic flow meter for liquids. The complete absence of moving parts, its interference free operation and the insensitivity with contaminated liquids, makes MAG-VIEW™ the perfect solution even in compact machines with cramped confines.
Applications: continuously measurement of flow rates, dosing / batching of electrically conductive liquids with a minimum of 20µS/cm, water distribution, chemical feed.
Flow ranges from 0.25-5 l/min up to 12.5-250 l/min.
LIQUI-VIEW series
Smart, lightweight and cost-effective vortex flow meter for low viscosity, water-like liquids. With easy-to-read digital display and integrated totaliser and alarm functions. Flow meters can be battery operated. The “lite” version has no local readout (pulse only).
Applications: cooling water monitor, deionized water (RO/DI skids), ultra pure water distribution (medicare, biotech, semiconductor, pharmaceutical), chemical feed
Full Scale ranges from 4 l/min up to 133 l/min (~8000 kg/h water) at max. 10 bar pressure rating.
FUEL-VIEW series
Compact, light weight and cost-effective fuel flow meter for monitoring fuel consumption and operating time of vehicles, tractors, river vessels or any mobile or fixed installations with diesel engines. Protecting and preventing theft of fuel and overstatement of readings.
Applications: measure fuel consumption of vehicles, river vessels, diesel generators and burners/boilers; engine performance testing; engine time monitoring to pro-activily signal maintenance; real-time fuel monitoring and consumption reduction; signalling fuel theft.
Fuel flows between 1 and 400 litres per hour.
SONIC-VIEW series
Compact, non-obstructive ultrasonic flow meter for measuring water and aqueous solutions. Very low pressure drop due to straight, stainless steel sensor tube and no moving parts. May be mounted in any position. No straight inlet or outlet runs required. IP54 protected.
Applications: measurement of toxic liquids in chemical industry, cooling water, waste water, aqueous solutions, beverages, solvents.
Flow ranges from 1.5-30 l/min up to 5-110 l/min.
FLOW-ADJUST
These manual control valves are designed for extremely precise control in low flow gas and liquid applications. They are available in two standard resolution (SR) and five high resolution (HR) models offering a smooth control of gas or liquid flow.
Applications: waste water treatment applications, drinking water treatment, process control, flow regulation of gases, and diverse other applications.
Kv ranges from 2.7×10-4 to 9.0×10-2 (Cv equivalent 3.2×10-4 to 1.05×10-1) are available in 7 different models as in-line valve assemblies with G ¼” BSPP female inlet and outlet ports.
