Fermentation for wine production with MASS-VIEW mass flow meters
During the fermentation process of grapes in a tank CO2 gas is produced. The quantity of CO2 is important because it represents the kinetics of the wine manufacturing process.
MASS-VIEW® model M-104 is typically suited to measure the flow rate in such a system (approx. 0-2 ln/min CO2). Major advantages of our MASS-VIEW® flow meters are the very small pressure loss, the local indication of the CO2 flow rate and the possibility to record the electronic output data.
